We have a deep believe that, while innovation is the engine to propel the business forward, it is creativity that provides both the spark and the fuel that drives the engine. The Centre was created to help organisations activate, actualise and optimise their creative capacity. We do this by taking a holistic systems oriented approach to organisational creativity.
The Centre is working with a network of partners to bring together the expertise that is needed to work with leadership to establish a creative climate, develop the right skills and tools and to put the necessary systems and processes in place that are critical to beginning re-designing the organisational culture.
The Centre for Organisational Creativity was founded by Geert van Kuijk & Pernilla Johansson in 2021. Geert has his background as a Consultant in Brand & Business Strategy Development & he takes pride in having moved a government body towards new thinking around old policies. Pernilla has a corporate background as a design & innovation leader in large multinational organisations. She takes pride in having driven change and its effect on organisational culture.
We build awareness of the importance of organisational creativity by providing talks on creativity, innovation & design, specifically tailored to the organisations needs.
We take a holistic systems oriented approach that is based on our model and the act of design. Meaning it’s research driven, iterative & participatory.
By applying various methods and tools, we unfold the challenges and opportunities to gain a clear picture of the current and desired state.
Through facilitation, we craft a Vision and the Strategy that sets the direction towards becoming a more creative organisation.
